Hi, I’m Tiffany
I am a birth doula who loves providing one on one care, and support for my clients. I was trained as a vocational nurse in my younger years and found my passion as a patient advocate while working as a "patient ambassador" for seven years in our local ER. Four years ago I decided to shift my focus from the Emergency Room to providing support to mothers and families at the time of birth.
As a trained birth doula, I offer knowledge and experience to provide education, physical support and comfort for your birth at home, hospital or birth center.
As a mother of four I bring the experience and wisdom I've gained over the past 29 years as you walk through this beautiful transition in life.
As a Patient advocate I bring an insider's understanding of hospital culture and practice to peacefully advocate for your birth preferences.

Doulas draw on their training, knowledge, and experience to provide the birthing family with emotional support, physical comfort, and information during the pregnancy and birth process. Doulas provide guidance in communication with care providers to make sure that the expectant mother and birth partner(s) have the information they need to make informed decisions during labor. Doulas also help provide reassurance and perspective to the expectant family, make suggestions for helping labor to progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for comfort.
